1. The credit card account opening certificate does not match the card number. Is the ID number entered incorrectly? If the input is incorrect, please try again.

2. If it is correct, it may be that the ID number is wrong during the business card printing process.

3. Contact the bank staff or call the customer service of the credit card center. The phone number is on the back of the card.
