Defrauding 200,000 yuan is a huge amount, so it will be sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years. For individual civil subjects, after committing fraud, if they are unable to pay the fine , you can submit a request to the People's Court to suspend payment. According to Article 196 of the "Criminal Law", whoever commits credit card fraud under one of the following circumstances and the amount is relatively large shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined not less than 20,000 yuan but not less than 200,000 yuan. 1. Using a forged credit card

2. Using an invalid credit card

3. Pretending to use other people’s credit cards

4. Malicious overdraft

The so-called malicious overdraft in the preceding paragraph means that the cardholder uses illegal possession as the excuse. Purpose, exceeding the prescribed limit or overdrafting within the prescribed period, and still not returning the card after being called by the card-issuing bank.
