If the credit card debt is not repaid after repeated collection, it will be directly deducted from any account opened by the cardholder in any branch of CCB, which is to exercise the right of set-off. It is clearly stipulated in the articles of association of credit cards that they have the right to ask judicial organs to investigate the legal responsibility of cardholders or take other corresponding recourse measures when necessary.
If the debt is not paid off after exercising the right of set-off, it is suggested to find a way to pay off voluntarily as soon as possible. If the bank solves it through judicial channels, it will be even worse for you. Moreover, the credit record is seriously damaged, and it is possible to recover slowly after the repayment is paid off.
