(1) Call the 24-hour customer service hotline shown on the back of the credit card, select the corresponding language, and then enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password.
(2) according to the voice prompt, select the card activation option under the menu of "credit card activation and password management".
(3) Enter the last 3 digits printed after the signature column on the back of the cardholder's credit card, and press # to confirm.
(4) Enter the cardholder's home phone number and press # to confirm.
(5) Enter 6 digits as the cardholder's transaction password and press # to confirm.
(6) Enter the 6-digit transaction password again and press # to confirm.

activate the credit card online
(1) first log in to the online banking page of the Bank of Communications credit card and enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password.
(2) Please modify your inquiry password in time after logging in.
(3) After the initial password of the credit card is successfully modified, please log in to the online banking again.
(4) After logging in for the second time, please click "Credit Card Activation" and enter the last 3 digits printed on the signature bar on the back of the credit card and the home phone number according to the prompts on the page.
(5) after successful activation, enter 6 digits as the transaction password according to the prompt.
(6) if the function of "confirm the transaction with password" is not checked on the application form, the transaction mode can be changed to password+signature mode after setting.
