Article 2 The Longka Credit Card mentioned in the Articles of Association is a credit payment tool issued by China Construction Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) to the public, which allows cardholders to use money first and then repay it within the credit limit approved by the Bank. It can be used in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below) and abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below). Longka Credit Card has the functions of overdraft consumption, installment payment and cash advance, unless otherwise limited by the Articles of Association.

Article 3 Longka credit cards are divided into business cards (business cards) and personal cards according to different issuers, in which business cards are divided into tourist cards and shopping cards, and personal cards are divided into main cards and supplementary cards; According to the cardholder's credit rating, product functions and services, it can be divided into ordinary cards, gold cards, standard platinum cards, exclusive platinum cards, diamond cards and smart cards. According to different credit card organizations or companies, it can be divided into UnionPay card, VISA card, MasterCard, JCB card and American Express card. According to different account currencies, it can be divided into dual-currency credit cards and single-currency credit cards; According to the different card media, it is divided into physical card and virtual card; According to different information carriers, it can be divided into magnetic stripe card, chip card and magnetic stripe chip composite card.

Article 4 Banks, cardholders, guarantors, special units and other relevant parties shall jointly abide by the Articles of Association.

Article 5 Some terms involved in the Articles of Association are defined as follows:

"Cardholder" refers to a unit or individual who applies to a bank and obtains a credit card. Unit card holders are designated by their units; Individual cardholders include main cardholders and supplementary cardholders.

"Credit limit" refers to the maximum credit limit approved by the bank according to the credit status of the cardholder and used by the cardholder during the validity period of the credit card, including fixed limit, temporary limit and special limit.

"Installment payment" refers to a transaction method in which the cardholder, when using Longka credit card to purchase goods or services, returns the due amount to the bank according to the repayment plan agreed with the bank within the number of installment periods provided by the bank until the total price of the goods or services is paid off.

"Trading day" refers to the date when the cardholder actually uses the card to spend money, advance cash, repay money or actually conduct transactions with relevant institutions.

"Bank bookkeeping date" refers to the date when the bank records the transaction amount in the cardholder's Longka credit card account, or records the related expenses and interest in his Longka credit card account according to regulations.

"Bookkeeping date" refers to the date when the bank counts the accumulated outstanding transaction principal, interest settlement and summary expenses. And calculate the amount payable by the cardholder in the current period.

"Due repayment date" refers to the deadline stipulated by the bank for the cardholder to repay all the payable amount or the minimum repayment amount.

The "minimum repayment amount" refers to the minimum amount that the cardholder should repay before the due repayment date (inclusive), including a certain proportion of the accumulated outstanding principal of consumer transactions, all expenses, interest, cash principal paid in advance, the amount of arrears exceeding the credit limit, the minimum repayment amount of the previous bill and other amounts of arrears that the bank stipulates that the cardholder should repay.
