You can report the loss of your debit card orally through the following channels to ensure the safety of your account funds:
1. Take charge of the bank: Please log in to the take charge of the bank APP, click "Home → My Account", click the card number of the debit card you want to report the loss to enter the details page, and click "Report the loss" to operate.
2. online banking: please log in to personal online banking and click "account → bank account → debit card → account management in the upper right corner → account loss reporting".
3. Customer service hotline: Please call ABC's 24-hour customer service hotline 95599 to report the loss orally through self-service voice or manual service.
4. self-service terminal: through the self-service terminal, select "report the loss of card/passbook" and enter the card number and payment password to report the loss.
5. Counter: Please ask the cardholder to report the loss orally at any outlet in the country with his/her valid ID (or ID number) and password (agency is allowed, but the original and copy of his/her valid ID must be provided at the same time).

if the first six digits of your debit card number are 622848, 622845, 622846, and 622849, the cardholder can choose to keep the original card number and get a new card after 15 working days when reporting the loss and replacing the card at any branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. Whether other debit cards support the same number replacement or replacement needs to be verified with the branch within the jurisdiction of the issuing bank.

4. customer service hotline: please call our 24-hour credit card center customer service hotline 46695599 (please call 2161195599 in areas where 4 is not opened, and +86-21-61195599 overseas) to report the loss.
5. Counter: Please ask the card owner to bring his/her ID card to the branch of Agricultural Bank of China to handle the loss reporting and card replacement business.
Tips:
1. Once the loss reporting business is handled, it will take effect immediately and be irrevocable.
2. 5 yuan's loss reporting fee (platinum card and other special cards are free) needs to be paid from your account for loss reporting. Our bank will bear the economic loss caused by the fraudulent use of your card after the loss reporting takes effect, and will mail you a new card in time.
3. After the loss is reported, we will issue a new card for you free of charge, and the new card will be sent to you by registered mail. If you want to get the new card as soon as possible, you can apply for EMS express delivery. The express delivery business needs to pay the emergency handling fee for each 2 yuan from your account (special cards such as platinum cards are free).
If your credit card is lost, you can do the following:
1. Card protection: We can temporarily add card protection for you, and the temporary freeze will be valid for 7 days, and it will be automatically released at that time.
2. reduce the limit: in addition to card protection, you can also choose to reduce the limit of your card. There will still be some risks in card protection and reducing the limit. Before reporting the loss, you still have to bear the risks yourself. In order to ensure the safety of your funds, if the card is confirmed lost, please report the loss immediately.
