1. Buy a mobile phone in installments directly online.

(1) Select the mobile phone you want to buy on Taobao, JD.com, or CCB Mall, and then look for a store that supports CCB installment payment.

(2) After placing the order at the store, select the installment number and you can purchase it.

2. If there is no indication that CCB installment payment is supported or if you purchase a mobile phone offline, you can apply for consumption installment or bill installment.

A Consumption Installment

1. From the time of consumption to 2 days before the latest bill date (foreign currency consumption must be from after the consumption transaction is recorded to 3 working days before the latest bill date) , call the CCB Credit Card Center, transfer to manual service, and submit a consumption installment application;

2. CCB will process the application within 2 days after accepting it, and the review results will be notified by SMS. Cardholders can also call CCB Credit Card Center inquiry.

3. Applicable group: Dragon Card credit card principal cardholders.

Applicable conditions: The cardholder spends RMB 1,000 or equivalent in foreign currency in a single transaction.

Optional number of issues: You can freely choose between 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 issues (one issue per month).

B Bill Installment

1. From the day after the bill date to the day before the final repayment date, the cardholder applies to CCB to repay a certain amount of RMB consumption in installments (30 Can only be processed once per day). The minimum application amount is RMB 500, and the maximum amount does not exceed 90% of the total RMB consumption amount in the issued bill (excluding cash withdrawals, installment payments and other transactions specified by our bank).

4. Online application

Personal online banking users please click to apply for bill installment and select "Credit Card Inquiry - Select Card Number - Query Issued Bills - Apply for Bill Installment".

For registered users of the credit card channel, please click Apply for Bill Installment and select "Card Number-Issued Bill-RMB-Apply for Bill Installment".

5. Application by telephone

Call the CCB Credit Card Center and transfer to manual service to submit an installment application.
