1. Cardholders can accumulate one Miles Points when they spend RMB in 1 yuan and seven Miles Points when they spend US dollars in 1 yuan. Within the scope permitted by law, Ping An Bank reserves the right to adjust the conversion ratio of points;

2. the single consumption amount is rounded to the nearest yuan to calculate the integral;

3. When the same cardholder holds two or more Ping An credit cards, the accumulated points of credit card spending of each card are accumulated separately according to the card, but they can be used together. The total points of the main card and the supplementary card are added to the main cardholder's points account;

4. The upper limit of accumulated points in credit card transactions every month shall not exceed the fixed amount of the account. If the fixed quota changes in the current month, the fixed quota value at the end of last month shall prevail. The fixed limit value is the sum of the fixed limits of all account types under the name of the principal cardholder;

5. Cardholders pay accumulated points through China Unionpay Quick Pass APP, UnionPay QR code and UnionPay mobile phone flash payment (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, Samsung Pay, Mi Pay, etc.), and the amount required for a single transaction is greater than 1 yuan (excluding RMB). Except for all overseas consumption and the consumption of domestic designated airline hotel merchants who can accumulate points.

6. If the cardholder returns the goods or services purchased by swiping the card for any reason, or returns the original credit card spending money due to bill signing disputes or other reasons, Ping An Bank will deduct the corresponding points originally given according to the amount of the refunded money;

7. If the credit card is cancelled, the points not exchanged in the account will automatically become invalid; If the credit card is cancelled, the unconverted points under the cancellation card will automatically become invalid. Points cannot be transferred to other circulation cards or transferred to other cardholders;

8. If the cardholder fails to apply for redemption within the validity period of the points, the points will become invalid and will be zeroed;

9. if the cardholder applies for a replacement card after the card is lost or damaged, the points obtained from the original card transaction can be used normally within one week from the date of activation of the new card. If the new card is not activated after the card replacement operation, the points obtained from the original card transaction will be frozen and cannot be used until the points expire automatically.

The specific rules of Ping An Credit Card Points Reward Scheme are as follows:

1. Eligibility for participation

2. Ping An Bank has the right to disqualify the cardholder from participating in the points reward scheme in any of the following circumstances: the credit card he holds is suspended or controlled, he fails to repay other debts of Ping An Bank, violates the Credit Card Collection Contract of Ping An Bank, violates the Credit Card Charter of Ping An Bank or the rules of this activity and other relevant regulations; Before the cardholder cancels the credit card by himself, Ping An Bank has fully reminded the cardholder that he will not be able to keep the points after canceling the account, and the cardholder has clearly expressed his willingness to give up the points, and the cardholder's qualification for the points reward program will automatically stop from the date of canceling the account;

3. If the above situation is effectively handled and the credit card returns to normal status, Ping An Bank can continue to participate in this plan only after approval.
