Violations of the right to privacy are as follows:
1. Interfere with other people's private lives by telephone, SMS, instant messaging tools, e-mail, leaflets, etc.
2. Enter, take photos and peep into other people's private spaces such as houses and hotel rooms;
3. Shooting, peeping, eavesdropping and revealing other people's private activities;
4. Shooting and peeping at other people's private parts;
5. Handling other people's private information;
6. Invade the privacy of others in other ways.
Legal basis: Article11of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Personal information of natural persons is protected by law. Any organization or individual who needs to obtain other people's personal information shall obtain and ensure the information security according to law, and shall not illegally collect, use, process or transmit other people's personal information, or illegally buy, sell, provide or disclose other people's personal information.
