Urban residents can be the official seals of neighborhood committees, neighborhood offices and communities. Note that the official seal of the villagers' committee and the official seal of the unit are invalid. Try not to have more than two official seals on the poverty certificate.
3. The words "the family is in financial difficulties and needs to apply for a national loan" appear in the poverty certificate.
4. Proof of poverty requires material paper or manuscript paper, written with a pen or water-based pen. Writing with a ballpoint pen is invalid.
