What is the process for college students to apply for the CMA?
Step one: Register as an IMA member
To register for the CMA exam, the first thing you need to do is become a member of IMA, the Institute of Management Accountants.
Steps to register as an IMA member:

Step 2: Pay the exam admission fee< /p>
After registration is completed, you need to pay a certain fee, including IMA membership annual fee, member registration fee and certification registration fee, before you can participate in the CMA certification exam.

After the deduction is successful, you will receive an email from IMA within three weeks informing you of your membership number and password. Step 3: Register for the CMA exam and obtain the exam authorization letter

After registering, you will receive an exam confirmation from Prometric via email within one week.
If you have not received the confirmation letter within five working days before the scheduled test date, please contact the registration center to confirm whether the registration was successful.
If you need to cancel the exam, you must contact the Prometric Registration Center 72 hours before the scheduled exam date.
