At present, the bill delivery methods provided by CCB include paper bill, electronic bill and multimedia message bill, and CCB credit card holders can choose different bill delivery methods according to their needs. When there is a transaction or expense in CCB's credit card account, CCB will send a paper statement by ordinary mail according to the address specified by the cardholder when applying for a credit card within 3 days after the bill date of the current month; If electronic bill is selected, the electronic bill will be sent according to the designated mailbox; If MMS bill is selected, the MMS bill will be sent according to the mobile phone number reserved by the cardholder in the bank. Details of domestic and overseas transactions and expenses of all cards (including main card and supplementary card) under the name of CCB credit card customers will be summarized and listed in RMB and foreign currency respectively on the statement, and the repayment amount (including all payable amounts and minimum repayment amounts in this period) and due repayment date will be indicated.
