If you hold a dual-label card of Bank of China UnionPay and international organizations, you can swipe your card at the domestic UnionPay channel and overseas international organizations. If you only hold a single-label foreign currency card of international organizations, you can't spend it in China for the time being, but you can spend it through overseas international organizations.
