If UnionPay has a silver VISA or MASTER card, it can also swipe the credit card (debit card) at the corresponding ATM through the Pos machine for paying the credit card (debit card). (UnionPay credit cards (debit cards) can be swiped with PSO machines that support UnionPay, and VISA and MASTER can also swipe credit cards (debit cards) with corresponding POS machines.
