2. Credit card spending in restaurants, hotels, department stores and other retail stores with China Merchants Bank Credit Card, goods mail order through China Merchants Bank Credit Card Center, installment payment and cash advance with China Merchants Bank Credit Card (bank center, credit card center and credit card application) can accumulate points, except for items that are not counted according to the credit card points rules.

points will not be calculated for the following items:

1. Annual credit card fee, revolving credit interest, fees derived from overdue payment of cash advance and interest (such as liquidated damages and interest), and other fees agreed in the Credit Card Collection Contract of China Merchants Bank.

2. related expenses paid by withholding.

3. consumption in low-rate and zero-rate businesses such as real estate, automobile sales, wholesale, public hospitals, public schools, government, finance, charity, residential services and non-profit social services.
