If you register via online/mobile phone appointment, our bank requires 7 working days for the preliminary review. If the preliminary review is passed, there are three situations: 1. Send you a text message and ask you to go to any CMB branch for an interview within 30 days, and then issue the card after passing the interview; 3. Issue the card to you first, and within 60 days, you can go to any CMB branch for an interview and then activate the card.

If it fails, you will be notified via text message. If you are applying for a second card, after submitting the application directly online, you can usually check the application progress within 5 working days. We recommend that you pay attention to the follow-up inquiry.
