The activation time of a credit card is generally within the validity period of the card, mostly between 3-5 years. In other words, as long as your credit card has not expired, it can be activated at any time. If it is not activated after expiration, the card will be automatically cancelled and you must apply again.

If the card has not been activated after 3 months, the bank customer service will call to ask why. If you make it clear that there is no demand for the card and you don't want to activate it, the bank will cancel your credit card directly.
