Hello, if you need to log in to online banking, currently, the professional version does not support the MAC system; the public version of our bank (only the Chinese version) supports Safari, Chrome, and Firefox browsing under the Mac system. You can go to our bank's homepage and click "Personal Banking Public Edition" on the right side. After installing the security control, enter your card number and query password to log in. If you need to make online payment, Mac system does not support professional version payment. Safari, Chrome, and Firefox browsers can support card number and password payment and mobile payment. Other browsers can only use mobile payment.
