For the creation, publication and distribution of outstanding original animation image works finally completed in Beijing, rewards will be given according to the following standards.

(1) Excellent original comic image works with the first print run of more than 1, copies or the total print run of more than 2, copies, and the periodical circulation of more than 5, copies will be rewarded with no more than 1, yuan.

(2) Excellent original animation works with online image will be rewarded with no more than 1, yuan if the number of clicks or downloads in mainstream media exceeds 1, times.
