Cancellation of registration refers to the administrative act that the administrative organ cancels the registration of the foundation according to law. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Foundations and the Measures for Annual Inspection of Foundations, the cancellation of registration of foundations is as follows:

(1) fraudulent registration when applying for registration.

(2) Failing to carry out activities in accordance with the articles of association within 0/2 months from the date of obtaining the registration certificate.

(three) meet the cancellation conditions, not in accordance with the "Regulations" for cancellation of registration, continue to carry out activities.

(four) the representative offices of foundations and overseas foundations have not accepted the annual inspection for two consecutive years.

(5) The Foundation, its branches or representative offices, and representative offices of overseas foundations commit serious violations.
