In this announcement, Changyu A said that it would completely eliminate the separation of ownership and use rights of trademarks such as "Kaya", realize the unification of ownership and use rights of trademarks such as "Kaya", and enjoy the value-added fruits of trademarks alone, which would be conducive to the independence and integrity of the company's assets and promote the rapid development of Kaya brandy and other products. However, the ownership of Changyu, the core brand, remains to be solved.
