Guide to handling and using long student cards
Article 1 These Measures shall come into effect on June 20 1 1, 1 year 1 day, and shall be applicable to all users holding "long student cards".
Article 2 Sales scope of "long" student cards: primary and secondary school students (excluding colleges and universities) in Xi, who are not over 20 years old.
Article 3 "Long" student cards are composite cards, which are divided into main cards and supplementary cards. After students graduate, the main card can be used as an ordinary card.
Article 4 Long student cards shall be subject to the price policy determined by relevant government departments (18 yuan/card). The long student card cannot be returned or lost. The cardholder should keep it properly to avoid losing it.
5. New student card: In September each year, the school to which the student belongs will organize it to the designated outlets.
Article 6 Annual examination of student ID cards: Annual examination of student ID cards is required from June to September every year (except for high school graduates). Student cards that have not been inspected annually (beyond the validity period) are automatically converted into ordinary cards, and the types of cardholders are not restricted after being converted into ordinary cards.
Article 7 Primary and junior high school students do not need to return their cards after entering higher schools, but only need to change their secondary cards and update their information.
Article 8 The student card can be recharged repeatedly, and the recharge amount is an integer multiple of 10 yuan, and the balance in the card does not exceed 1 1,000 yuan. When the balance in the card is insufficient, it can be recharged at each card selling point and recharging point of the "long" card.
Article 9 If there is any quality problem with the student card, it can be replaced free of charge at the customer service outlets of the all-in-one card. Whether there is any kind of man-made damage, such as fracture, crease, crack, bending, graffiti, sticking foreign objects, card surface wear, missing corners, punching holes, etc. Without replacement, you must apply for a new card at the agent network of Changantong Bus Labor Road.
Article 10 The student card is for personal use only, and you can only swipe your card once when you travel. A 30% discount will be offered during the validity period of bus card swiping and a 50% discount will be offered during the validity period of subway card swiping. When consuming in other industries, the corresponding industry consumption rules will be implemented.
Article 11 When taking a bus with a card, the prompt tone of the student card is "student card". When you hear the tone, you will complete a cycling charge. After the expiration date, the prompt tone is "clang" twice. The discount rate is the same as that of ordinary cards. When you take the subway, the tips for entering and leaving the station are all "student cards", and the discount range beyond the validity period is equivalent to that of ordinary cards.
Twelfth student cards can be used in Xi 'an City Card customer service outlets, agent sales outlets for balance inquiries, but also for consumption.
