You can click on Credit Card - Report Loss and Replace Card in Personal Mobile Banking, enter the credit card "Report Loss and Replace Card" page, select "Report Loss/Report Loss and "Replace Card", after passing the security authentication tool authentication, click "Confirm", the page shows that the credit card loss report has been submitted successfully.
Warm reminder:
1. Reporting the loss of a credit card in personal mobile banking is a formal loss report, not a temporary loss report. Once the loss is reported, it cannot be lifted;
2. If If your credit card is later found, you will not be able to cancel the credit card that has been reported lost in personal mobile banking. You need to call the Bank of China credit card hotline 40066-95566 for consultation;
3. The loss reporting fee incurred when reporting a loss will be directly deducted from your credit card.
