CCB credit card has no initial password, so you need to set it yourself when you activate the credit card.

You need to set two passwords, one is the cash withdrawal password and the other is the telephone banking inquiry password.

Credit card activation method:

2. If you have a CCB U shield, you can also activate and set your password online at CCB Credit Card official website;

3. Call the customer service hotline behind the CCB credit card to activate and set the password.
