According to the interpretation of relevant legislation, "credit card" in the sense of criminal law refers to an electronic payment card issued by commercial banks or other financial institutions, which has the functions of consumer payment, credit loan, transfer settlement and cash deposit and withdrawal.
Since the issuance and use of credit cards are based on the credit status of cardholders, they can only be used by cardholders approved by card issuers, and cannot be transferred, lent or mortgaged. In other words, non-cardholders who use credit cards for whatever reason can be regarded as violating the credit card management regulations.
