Generally speaking, it takes fifteen to twenty days for the Agricultural Bank to reissue the card. There are two ways to reissue the card:

1. Cardholders bring their valid identity documents to the business outlets of the Agricultural Bank to apply for a replacement card;

2. You can also call the bank's customer service telephone number: 40066-95599 or 021-61kloc-0/95599 for card replacement.

After the bank passes the application for a replacement card, it will make a new card and mail it to the applicant.
