You can fix dns anomalies by manually setting DNS, changing the address of DNS server in network settings, and then refreshing DNS cache. The method is as follows:

Operating environment: Lenovo computer, win 10 system, network and Internet 5.2.3.6.

1. Right-click the network icon in the lower right corner to open the "Network and Internet" settings.

2. Click the Change Adapter option.

3. Select the network you are using and right-click Properties.

4. Click "Internet Protocol Version 4".

5. Open the Properties.

6. Click Use the following DNS server address.

7. Enter 223.5.5.5 as the first choice and 223.6.6.6 as the alternative, and then click OK.

8. After setting up, you need to refresh the DNS cache. Press Win+R to open "Run" and enter "cmd".

9. Then enter: ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
