if there is a joint receipt of hazardous waste during the transfer, the hazardous waste receiving unit shall verify and accept the hazardous waste according to the contents filled in the joint receipt, truthfully fill in the column of the receiving unit in the joint receipt and affix the official seal. And submit the corresponding joint list to the transportation unit and government departments. In addition, if the acceptance unit of hazardous waste finds that the name, quantity, characteristics, form and packaging method of hazardous waste are inconsistent with the contents of the joint list, it shall report to the competent administrative department of environmental protection in the receiving place in time and notify the generating unit.

if you are a hazardous waste business unit, you must have a comprehensive hazardous waste business license and bear the corresponding legal responsibilities: if you violate the relevant regulations, you may temporarily suspend or revoke the hazardous waste business license, impose fines, and cause serious pollution, which constitutes a crime, and be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
