Non-transaction transfer also needs to be handled by the fund's sales organization. The applicant shall go to the counter of the designated business outlet and provide the corresponding judicial documents, securities trading cards, securities account cards, the applicant's valid identity documents and the payee's escrow account, which shall be handled after being approved by the competent business department. A certain transfer fee shall be charged for non-transaction transfer, which shall be borne by the transferee. The specific charging standard can be consulted by the agency.

After receiving the non-transaction transfer application, the institution will fax the relevant documents and materials to the fund management company on the same day and mail the original materials to the fund management company. If the original is unique and the investor needs to keep it, the teller can return the original to the customer and mail a copy stamped with the official seal of the agency business to the fund manager.
